September was a month in the best way. I tore through an ACOTAR reread, finally picked up Daggermouth, and now I’m headfirst into Crescent City. Here’s everything I read in September (with star ratings ⭐) plus what’s on my October TBR. Grab a pumpkin-spiced something and let’s get into it. 🍂

📚 What I Read in September
A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rereading ACOWAR had me in a complete chokehold — the battles, the sacrifices, that ending. Epic in every sense of the word. I thoroughly enjoyed this re-read.
A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas — ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The coziest little winter novella. It was sweet, festive, and full of Night Court warmth. A perfect palate cleanser between the big books, a little bit like Threshing Day in the Fourth Wing series.
A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I enjoyed this story so much more in this re-read. Nesta and Cassian’s story wrecked me in the best way. → Read my full review
Daggermouth by H.M. Wolfe — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dark, intense, impossible to put down. The author woke up and chose violence the day she decided to write this book → Read my full review
📖 Currently Reading
Crescent City: House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas
I’m currently reading the first book in the Crescent City series! I’m flying through this book even if it’s long. I want to roll straight into books two and three this month, so I’m ready for the new ACOTAR.
🎃 October TBR
House of Sky and Breath (Crescent City #2)
I’m thinking I’ll going straight into book two probably by the end of this week.
House of Flame and Shadow (Crescent City #3)
The grand finale. I’ve heard the crossover stuff is WILD. No spoilers! This one is not a re-read. Never got around to read it.
Threshing Day by Rebecca Yarros
Thirteen stories from the Empyrean world, including Xaden’s POV?! Don’t mind if I do. 🐉 I just received my copy and the illustrations are stunning.
A Court of Splintered Harmony by Sarah J. Maas
ACOTAR 6!! The Valkyrie Cycle begins October 27! A brand-new SJM release is an automatic top-of-TBR. “What was broken will be remade.” 😭I’m here for it!
That’s my September wrap-ups and October hopefuls! What are you reading this month? Tell me in the comments — my TBR is never truly closed. 🧡
