June has been quite a month. Last month was an adjustment, but this month was more me finding my footing. I’ve had a lot going on as usual, but I read great books too. I feel blessed because I’ve mostly read great books so far. Here is the month in details.
Before we start, Happy Fourth of July to all of you celebrating this day. I hope your day will be filled with joy and wonders.
Reading
I started a new job, so I’ve been reading a little less, but I still read 6 books.
- Twice in a Blue Moon by Christina Lauren (Arc) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- On the Corner of Love and Hate by Nina Bocci (Arc) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Screen Queens by Lori Goldstein ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- My lullaby of You by Alia Rose ⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Double Dirty Mountain Men by Parker Grey ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
- Boss Me Dirty by Parker Grey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
July 2019 TBR
You may know that I’m pretty averse to TBR. I’m a mood reader, so it’s hard for me to commit to a book, but I do owe a few reviews so here is what I’ll be reading and reviewing this month for sure.
- The Girl The Sea Gave Back by Adrienne Young (arc – Halfway through it already)
- Sea Witch by Sarah Henning (Halfway through it too)
- Sea Witch Rising by Sarah Henning (Arc)
- The Merciful Crow by Margaret Owen (Arc)
Now, if I have time, I will finish these:
- Fate, Fame, and First Kiss by Katie West (Halfway there too)
- The Memory Thief by Lauren
Mansy (arc) - Crown of Coral and Pearl by Mara Rutherford (arc)
- Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson
- I Hate You More by Alexandra Moody
So that’s the plan, we shall see how much I’ll deviate from the second part. For the first part, I won’t for sure. Again, Happy 4th of July!!
