Unboxing and Review – June 2019 UPPERCASE BOX

June 2019 Uppercase Box

Today, I’m excited to review this amazing box. This is the second box that I receive, and if I was happy about the first, let me say that the second box did not disappoint…

Uppercase Box is a monthly young adult book box subscription. In other words, the company delivers once a month a young adult fantasy book at your door along with a few bookish items. The book is usually a newly released book handpicked by the owners for you. Often, the book is signed or comes with a signed bookplate, but it’s not always the case.

Disclaimer: This box was gifted to me by Uppercase Box in exchange for an honest review.

About the Company

If you visit the company’s website, they will tell you more about what they offer. Below is a snippet of what they’re about.

Uppercase is a monthly YA book subscription box that includes a signed first edition of the best YA book of the month along with high-quality and practical items.

If you love book mail, surprises and reading the best YA books then Uppercase was created just for you!

Here’s why thousands of YA book nerds love Uppercase:

  • Signed first editions of the best new YA books
  • High-quality, practical items (no trinkets or fandoms)
  • The most affordable monthly YA book subscription box
  • Exclusive behind-the-scenes content and video from the author
  • Interactive reading experience to connect and discuss the book
  • Proven track record of selecting the absolute best YA books

The Unboxing

Pictures are also up on my Instagram, check it out. But please find below the pictures of the unboxing.

This box contains the following:

  • Signed Hardcover of Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson – If you follow my Instagram, you know how much I’ve been wanting to read this book. Getting this book signed already made this box unbelievable to my standards. I’ve only heard great things about this book. After Dark Shores, it comforts me in thinking that the fairies who made this box and I have the same taste in books.
  • Sorcery of Thorns button – It’s a very cute button. And good quality too! πŸ™‚
  • 1 Jane Austen inspired Journal with quotes – This journal is simply stunning.
  • 2 Coasting Through Books Coasters (Uppercase exclusive) – Check out the gallery photos above to see how cute they are, perfect for a summer read outside with a glass of fresh lemonade, coffee, or whatever elixir you like to indulge.
  • 1 Bookmark with codes for an enhanced reading experience. So last time, I had already read the book and went through them. This time, I will have to post another review once I’ve read the book. It will be soon. Also, I really like this idea.

Once more, Uppercase is a wonderful compromise between the companies that offer boxes with a signed book and at least 5-6 big bookish items and companies that only offer the book. I would say Uppercase is perfect for those of you who want the best of both worlds. From what I’ve seen so far, the book would also be my pick for the month if I were in their shoes, and the items are just enough and high quality.

Processing…
Success! You're on the list.
