Synopsis

Sophie wants one thing for Christmas-a little freedom from her overprotective parents. When Sophie’s parents decide to visit her very pregnant sister during winter break, she is beyond excited to get some alone time. She is particularly excited to spend that time with her long-term boyfriend. Unfortunately, nothing goes according to plan. When she finds herself with a broken heart, her insanely large family will do anything to lift her spirits, and that’s when they decide to set her up on 10 blind dates. 

10 Blind Dates is a fast read. This story made me laugh out loud so many times, but it also made me swoon on quite a few occasions. I read it in one sitting. The dates are hilarious, and some are even cute. As you meet Sophie’s family, you can’t help but fall in love with all of them too. They are such loving, supportive, and colorful characters. But as time goes by, Sophie mends her heart and realizes that maybe it always belonged to the boy next door, who is also very much unavailable. 

Friendship and family are strong themes in this book. The romance will steal your heart. This book is a five-star rating for me. I’m so glad I had the chance to read this story. I highly recommend it.
